Students
Participation of students is strongly encouraged.
We can offer limited financial support to students interested to attend the conference.

Childcare
For first time CHEP will offer childcare services in the Hilton Hotel in a close proximity to the conference facilities. The service will be available to all registered attendees and will be adapted to the conference program. It will run from 8:30am to 6pm during the week and will cover the time of conference dinner if requested.
The animation program includes puppet show and magic tricks. Please note that the children lunch meals are not included. The daily childcare fee is approximately 15€ provided a group of at least 10.

Explore Bulgaria
Bulgaria is a beautiful country worth exploring. One of the local top destinations, The Black Sea, only 40 minutes away by plane. If you prefer mountains and lakes Rila, Pirin, Rodhope and Stara Planina resorts are just nearby. If you like to learn about Europe’s ancient history visit places such as Belogradchik Rocks, Valley of Thracian Kings and Perperikon. Local organizers have set up a PAGE describing in brief some of the tourist attractions.
