Sofia CHEP 2018 will take place on 3 levels of the conference centre at halls close to each other and spacious enough for the large number of people attending the sessions.

• Plenary sessions - Hall 3
• Parallel sessions - Halls 3.1, 3.2, 7, 8, 9, 10.
• Poster sessions - foyers on level 5;
• Welcome drink - Central Military Club
• Lunches - two options: one of the restaurants inside the building or using the foyers.

Note that there are several side events (including organized trips) available before and after the conference. More information is available here.

Presentations

• Aspect ratio: 16:9
• parallel talk: 12' talk + 3' Q&A
• full plenary: 25' talk + 5' Q&A
• short plenary 17' talk + 3' Q&A

Posters

• Please note that the posters should be in A0 format, vertical orientation and will be exhibited in the poster section of CHEP from the start to the end of the conference
